  2. We will forward your request to the relevant supplier.

  3. The supplier will review the request and confirm if the item is eligible for return or exchange.

  4. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Non-returnable items typically include: perishable goods (food, treats), hygiene items, and personalized or custom-made products.

Return Shipping:
