CANIVERM Forte Tablets – Anti-parasitic preparation against round and tape worms

Caniverm Forte is a broad-spectrum deworming tablet used to combat roundworms and tapeworms in dogs, cats, and other members of the canine and feline families. The tablets are light yellow, each weighing 0.7 g.

Active Ingredients (per tablet):

• Fenbendazolum: 150 mg

• Pyrantel embonas: 144 mg

• Praziquantelum: 50 mg

Effective Against:

• Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum, Trichuris vulpis

• Echinococcus granulosus, Echinococcus multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp.

• Multiceps multiceps, Mesocestoides spp.

Target Species:
Dogs, cats, and members of the feline and canine families.

Dosage & Administration:
Recommended schedule:

• Begin deworming from week 3 to week 12 with single doses every 3 weeks, then continue every 3 months.

Dosage by weight:

• Puppies, small dogs, and cats:
  ½ tablet per 2–5 kg of body weight

• Medium-sized dogs:
  1 tablet per 5–10 kg of body weight

• Large dogs and other beasts:
  1 tablet per each commenced 10 kg of body weight

Administration Method:

• Administer orally, either directly or mixed into a piece of food.

• Do not mix with milk feed.

Special Administration for Zoos or Circuses:
For animals in controlled environments (e.g., aviaries), crush the tablet and mix with meatballs. Distribute according to the number of animals and their weight, ideally during morning feeding. Ensure correct dosing to avoid under-dosing from weight miscalculations.

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C

• Protect from moisture and direct light

• Keep out of reach of children

• Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the pack or blister
